that is located one building from the ocean front in South Mission Beach. This is a quiet, family
oriented neighborhood.
Large sliding glass doors open from dining area to private patio
with gas grill for your exclusive use. Watch your kids on the beach
from the comfort of the deck.
Check your e-mail or surf the Net with high
speed, wireless internet access. The kitchen is supplied with
everything you need for vacation meals. Expanded cable TV with
premium channels. Two TV's so no family disputes over which channel
to watch. VHS & DVD.
Amenities include: high speed WiFi internet access, HBO and other
premium channels, DVD, VHS, washer and dryer on site, outdoor hot
shower, private parking space, tile floors throughout, and a
fireplace.
For large groups or family reunions, combine this home with our
upstairs 3 bedroom/2 bath unit that sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on a
double futon, for a combined total of 16.

deck with white water views. Tile floors throughout. Two TVs with
digital cable channels including HBO and other premium channels,

microwave, gas barbecue, washer & dryer, bed and bath linens, deck
chairs and table, fireplace. Outside hot water shower. No smoking,
small, well behaved dogs are allowed with prior arrangements. Please

ENJOY the ocean & beach & the boardwalk!! There are many rental
stores nearby if you need boogie boards, surf boards, kayaks,
roller blades, bikes or snorkel gear. Sail boats, water ski boats
and jet skis are also available to rent by the day or the hour.
Parasailing is also available for the brave of heart!! Walk or
bike on the boardwalk to the historic Belmont Park amusement park
with the famous Giant Dipper roller coaster, as well as stores,
arcade games, restaurants, souvenir shops and a fitness facility
with an Olympic pool available for use with a daily fee.

High Season:

$1,600 per week - Sept 6, 2011 to June 29,2012
$2,600 per week - June 30 to September 4, 2012
7 night minimum during summer-$1000 deposit to hold reservation,
balance due April 1, 2012
Low Season:
$1600 per week from Sept 7,2011 to June 29, 2012 (Excluding
Holidays)
$225 per night   Fall 2011 - 3 night minimum
All Holiday weeks - $2400

$500 deposit to hold reservation-balance due 30 days prior to arrival
$100 cleaning fee
10.5% City Occupancy Tax
We welcome monthly vacation guests during the off-season. The monthly
rate is $2700 + utilities
