beautiful Marco Island South Seas Club.  This private and gated community consists of 55 acres of  
manicured grounds on the Gulf of Mexico.  There are tennis courts, boat docks and meandering paths  
for walkers and joggers not to mention stunning Crescent Beach steps from the apartment's door.   
The double wide lanai looks out over the pool, Clam Bay, swaying palm trees and colorful gardens.   
The condo, as can be seen in the attached pictures, has been decorated in Bahamian style which is  
tranquil and inviting.

There are beautiful golf courses, great fishing, all water sports, great restaurants and much, much  
more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available: December (08'), January, February, March & April (09') - $4,600.00 per month. 
 
Combine any two consecutive months for $8,800.00 
Combine any three consecutive months for $12,600.00 
 
Please note that there is a twenty-five dollar parking registration fee at South Seas. 
A five hundred dollar refundable security deposit will be required. 
This is a non-smoking apartment and South Seas does not welcome pets.
