This recently remodeled three-bedroom, two-bath apartment is located close to two of Los Angeles' main thoroughfares, giving you quick access to the most popular tourist and business districts. La Cienega Blvd. takes you north to Beverly Hills, the Mid-Wilshire district and West Hollywood, where much of LA's nightlife, high-end shopping, movie theaters and museums are situated. The Interstate 10 takes you downtown to Staples Center/Nokia Live and USC, or westward to the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu, in about 15 minutes.

Wide plank wood floors throughout and contemporary furnishings in earth tones make this open floor plan apartment a quiet place to relax at the end of the day. The L-shaped living room sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed. Along with three bedrooms, this apartment sleeps eight comfortably. The living area has a large flat-screen television, dining table that seats 6-8 people and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas oven/stove and built-in microwave. Countertop appliances include a toaster, coffee maker and blender.

All three bedrooms sport new taupe duvets on queen beds, weathered oak nightstands and large mirrored sliding door closets. The master bedroom is off of the living room and also has a flat-screen television. The master bath has a tub/shower combination. Two additional bedrooms are located off of the kitchen/dining area and share a bath with a shower stall, and have a separating slider for privacy. Linen cabinets are located in the hallways. Central heat and air, community laundry room, gated walkways, newly landscaped front entryway and one-car parking in the carport, round out the amenities. Street parking is also available, and plentiful.

A block away is a shopping center with a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, El Pollo Loco, McDonald's, CVS Pharmacy, Toys 'R' Us, LA Fitness Gym and Iyengar Yoga.

Unit has hardwood floors. The kitchen is remodeled on November 2012 and comes with modern appliances. The is a 42" HD TV with Time Warner Cable on living room and 32" HD TV on master bedroom. There is an outdoor seating available on the patio for 4 people. The unit comes with free wifi and a designated parking spot. Towels and high quality linens provided. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the sofa bed in living room can also sleep up to 2 people.

  • Shoulder Season consists of September 4th, 2012 through November 18th, 2012 and November 26th, 2012 through December 19th, 2012.
  • Mid Season consists of January 3rd, 2013 through February 17th, 2013, February 26th, 2013 through April 8th, 2013, and April 23rd2013 through May 31st, 2013.
  • Peak & Holiday Seasons consist of the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, New Years Eve, Oscars week, April 9th, 2013 through April 22nd, 2013, and June, July, August.
  • **Rates may be higher during the week of E3 conference, which will be held in Los Angeles Convention Center in 2013.
  • There is no security deposit required, however we require all our guests to be protected by a Property Protection Plan. The cost for Property Protection Plan is 49$ per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover for incidental damages, such as lost keys, broken windows etc. 


  • 50% of the payment should be paid in advance to secure the reservation by PayPal, using your credit card or Bank account securely, and the remaining balance is to be paid at 30 days prior arrival.


  • This unit accommodates 8 people. Additional fee applied after 6th person.
  • Rates do not include 14% LA City Transient Occupancy Tax for stays shorter than 30 nights.
  • One time housekeeping fee of $120 to be added to the total regardless of the duration of the stay. This covers departure cleaning, and is not daily housekeeping.
  • Our check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Early/Late check-ins are $40.00 based on availability. Check-outs after 2 PM are an additional night's stay.

Excellent and very helpful AE Hospitality staff. Everything was prompt, clear, and fast transactions. The property was clean and neat. We were greatly impressed. Kitchen was large and fully equipped. The living room is comfortable.. The neighborhood is not a 5-star; however, it is close to everywhere that's what I care. Locked gates covering the building is good security measure. Overall it was amazing. coming back for sure!

What is described and presented on the website is what you will see in the actual unit. The place was nice and well kept. Very spacious apartment, and a nice balcony was a good plus. Since it's situated in a very central location, with no exaggeration, everything was very convenient for us. If you want to experience what it's like to stay in Central LA, AE Hospitality's apartment is a must place to go!

Deplorable, unsafe conditions... AE Hospitality is dishonest.

Based on the dishonest and inaccurate description and pictures we rented this unit in Jan 2013. AE constantly re-submits their units as new so the reviews are inaccurate. Zero reviews should be a red flag. This Garth rental is in an unsafe area, use google street view and you will get an idea of the condition and location of this rental. AE Hospitality says the building is under construction but it is deplorable, unsafe, and illegal to occupy. The rental key was not available at the agreed upon time. There was a homeless person on the front lawn blocking our entrance to the property and human feces in the entryway. We called AE Hospitality several times and their response was angry and threatening each time, no resolution offered. There has to be a better unit, keep looking.

Owners response: At AE Hospitality, we take pride in representing our rental properties accurately and as they currently exist. The photographs show both the interior and exterior of each property in it's current condition and the written descriptions honestly describe the furnishings and any remodeled aspects of each unit. Additionally, all properties are shown on the map. We encourage potential guests to check the street view from Google maps.

This unit was remodeled as of November 2012. When Reviewer stayed at this unit, the gardeners were still finishing the landscaping, including fertilizing the flowers and grass. As of January 2013, the construction on the building is complete. The entryway to this building is securely gated and is strictly accessible for residents only. We have pictures of such gates on our website.

We would have been glad to help Reviewer to find the best location to match his needs if he would have contacted us before he booked online. In this instance, Reviewer did not want to stay in the property he reserved online because he did not like the location upon seeing it at check in. However, considering the nature of our business, we cannot accommodate last minute cancellations, as clearly stated on our website and on our rental agreements.

We encourage our guests to leave a 2 hour window for check in’s with personalized greeting. In Reviewer's case, it was a self-check in, and the keys were available at the location.

The city's zoning department frequently inspects residential buildings and the building owner would be fined if the building was unsafe to live in. Additionally, there are long term tenants residing in the other apartments in the building.

Los Angeles is a large metropolitan city that appeals to urbanites for its low scale buildings providing a bit of a "urban-suburban" feel as opposed to other metropolitans such as NYC. Nonetheless, it is a city of approximately 8 million people. Unfortunately, Los Angeles has its fair share of homeless people ­and we are sorry that Reviewer and his party had to have such an unfortunate experience.

We encourage all large groups of travelers to come and stay at this comfortable and spacious three bedroom apartment, and if by any chance you agree that our description and photos are not reflecting the truth, we will be more than happy to take full responsibility; such as offering another accommodation, if available, of similar price and quality.
