There is a desk for your computer.  The home is equipted with wifi.  The master bedroom has a king bedroom set with a 26" TV and a queen bed in the guest bedroom.  The kitchen comes fully equiped including microwarve, dishwasher & garbage disposal,  The bath has been newly remodeled. There is a washer & dryer. A golf cart is also included.

Just down the street is a 9 hole (executive) golf course.  There is an adult pool with hot tub just 2 streets away.  There is also a tennis court down the street.  Spanish Springs Town Square is the closes town square to this property.  It is just a short golf cart ride away.    There you will find shopping, restaurants and free nightly entertainment and daincing on the square.    

The Villages has 29 executive (9 hole) golf courses and 11 championship (18 hole) courses.
All the country clubs at the championship courses have dinning.

There are now 3 town squares where you will find shopping, restaurants and free nightly entertainment and dancing.

There are 3 types of pools throughout The Villages - adult, family and sport pools.

We have tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball courts throughout.

If softball is your sport there is 3 softball complexes in The Villages.

Disney, Epcot and Universal Studios are about  1 1/2 hour drive.
