Casa Linda Vista in Los Barriles

Casa Linda Vista is a luxurious, unique property that was built into a granite cliff, 100' above the Sea of Cortez.  We are located about 8 miles north of the town of Los Barriles and about 1.5 mile south of the Punta Pescadero Hotel and airport.

This is a very secluded and private property with a stone stairway (127 steps) to the beach.  The infinity pool gives the illusion of water forever as you look out into total blue for 180 degrees.  The main house has two master suites, one doubles as an office but will sleep two people.  The kitchen is very large with a huge domed 'Cupola' above, that center's over the island.  You will find every modern convenience here and at the same time be in total connection with nature as you hear the surf breaking and feel gentle breezes through the windows.  The guest Casita is in a seperate building that has two bedrooms (one queen and one with two twins), full kitchen, living/dinging and bath. 

You have the serenity of a garden on the one side with a fountain, citrus trees and comfortable furniture and the pool on the Sea side, a full outdoor kitchen (BBQ) and lounging areas.

The beach is private, water is calm for swimming, snorkeling and kayacking.  There's plenty of fishing, walks, hiking, ATV roads and trails right out your door.

Infinity pool (solar heated), gym with bike, weights, mats and bands for a complete workout.

All modern appliances: Refrigerators, freezers, microwave ovens, professional gas range, blenders, washer and dryer, fans, hair dryers, etc.

All electronics and entertainment:  Large flat screen TV with surround sound theater type sound system in main house, Dish Network TV...all US channels, movies and XM/Sirius music stations, iPod hook up for your device, CD's.  Casita has large flat screen TV as well with all the stations, seperate CD/iPod player.

Wireless internet throughout the property.

All high quality linens, towels, cooking utinsels and high quality furnishings.

Property is secure with walls and automatic sliding gate with electronic opener's. 

Property is staffed with full time caretaker that will keep all the exterior areas clean: patios, pool, garden and takes care of all the systems that keep Casa Linda Vista functioning. 

Housekeeping and in-house cooking are available upon request (not included).

Kite surfing, wind surfing, hiking, long walks, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking (two kayaks are provided), fishing, ATV riding, horseback ridind or just find a hammock and read a book.

All services such as ATV rentals, horseback riding, kite or windsurf equipment rentals are available or can be arranged for you ahead of time (Above mentioned equipment or services are not included with the rental of this property).  Local captain with super panga can be arranged to pick you up and return you right on the beach for those that want to go Sportfishing!

In the town of Los Barriles you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, banks and other points of interests.

High season rates apply from Nov 1 through May 30 @ $600 per night

Holiday rates apply Nov. 20-26, Dec. 18- Jan. 5,  March 29-April 8 @ $700 per night

Summer rates apply from June 1 through Aug. 31 @ $500 per night
