Relax in our beautiful air conditioned bight and cheery one story vacation home, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, private outside shower. Sleeping is for 6-8 maximum. Enjoy our policy of no smoking and no pets, for an allergy free stay! Our home is tastefully furnished with a beach theme and features an open concept between the livingroom, kitchen/dining area and a bright and sunny morning room. Relax in our large screened in deck with light/ceiling fan, patio table and chairs and enjoy the pond view! Our home is located aprox. 2 miles from the beautiful beach of Bethany.

Master bedroom - Queen bed, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, night stand with alarm/clock radio, walk in closet, TV, master bath.
2nd bedroom - Full size bed, dresser with mirror, nite stand, alarm/clock radio, TV.
3rd bedroom - Twin beds, chest of drawers with mirror, night stand, alarm/clock radio.
Outside shower - Hot and cold water with a private changing area.

Saturday to Saturday. Min. stay one week. Check-in 2PM, Check-out 10AM.
April, October $650/week.
May, September $795/week.
June 1st - June 15th $995/week.
June 15th - August 31st $1275/week.
Rates include cleaning fee.
A $200 security deposit is required for all rentals. Security deposits are refundable, provided the unit is returned in the condition in which it was found. No smoking or pets allowed. All renters must be 25+ years of age, unless accompanied by a parent. Occupency limit is a maximum of 8 guests.
