This ground floor unit is located in the Ocean Village Resort on South Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce, FL.

The condo is a spacious 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths.

The Master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, an ideal walk-in closet with ironing board & iron and its master bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom features a lovely wooden twin bunk bed (side by side upon request), a flat screen TV, a large closet and a bathroom with a tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, full size oven range, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, utensils and linens.
Enjoy your morning coffee either at the dining room table or on the screened porch facing the golf and experience the beautiful light from the Florida sunrise.

The living room is an open space that also filled with morning light and although the condo easily sleeps 4 persons, a queen size sofa bed can accommodate 2 extra guests. 
There, you’ll find anything you might need on a rainy day: DVD/ VHS players, DVDs, VHS tapes, books, magazines, cards deck, games, TV (cable) and Wi-Fi internet.
The unit also features a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a dryer rack for the beach towels and swimsuits.

The rate also includes: Utilities (additional charges may apply for rentals of 3 months and over), linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, grocery stroller, boggy boards, broom, mop, beach toys, a light kid’s stroller and bicycles.
