Purchased in 1999 and completely remodeled in 2008 with updates each fall, our goal is to provide our guests with a warm and relaxing Tropical Texas vacation experience. 

The open concept kitchen, living room, dining area is just waiting for your family or friends to get together to laugh, live, and make memories to last a lifetime. 

The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and every small appliance we could think of. The dining table seats 6-8 depending on if you open it up using the disappearing leaf that is built into the table. Additionally, the snack bar seats three more, and we have a high chair for the littlest member of your crew. 

Watch TV on the 48 inch flat screen, installed for rotating viewing from anywhere in the living room, dining room or kitchen. With a beautiful interior, stunning view and easy beach access, Sunchase Beachfront is truly the setting for your fantasy vacation. 

• Living Room seats 8 : Nice comfy living room (seats 8), dining/kitchen area with plenty of lighting, a big screen, swivel mounted cable TV with DVD player.
• Towels Provided : We like fresh, clean white towels. Need more? Just check with our office and they will get you a fresh supply.
• Washing Machine : If you wish to do some wash while you are on vacation, the washer and dryer is a few steps away behind the main office in the center of the complex.
• Linens Provided : We like fresh, crisp, clean white sheets.
