Only a few minutes from Sunset Blvd with easy access to some of the greatest restaurants and clubs. Minutes from LA landmarks such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Rodeo Drive, Runyon Canyon and The Grove/Farmer's Market in the Fairfax District.
This tastefully decorated, fully furnished home features a gourmet kitchen, 2 car garage, wireless internet, cable, 4 flat screen TVs, washer/dryer, fireplace, central air and hardwood floors throughout. The family room opens onto a private patio/backyard with heated pool.
Master Suite includes queen size bed, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, and large walk in closet.
Guest Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, closet and balcony that overlooks the pool
Guest Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, walk-in closet, TV/with cable and balcony that overlooks the patio
Guest Bedroom #3 includes a full size pull out couch, closet, TV/with cable, and a full bathroom.
Hallway full bathroom.
The family room has a pull out queen size couch, TV/with cable.
The living room has a large flat screen TV/with cable and a lovely wood burning fireplace.
Additional rules:
1)No Parties!
2) Only the guest/guests booked may stay at the house during the time of rental.
3) Under no circumstances may you sublet the house to anyone.
4) There is a pool and you must use the pool responsibly and at your own risk. There is a fence that may be put up if there are children staying at the house.
5) You will be responsible for any damages to the property or anything in the house.
6) There is a cleaning fee of $150. Please contact me for details regarding this.

On a nightly basis, rates will depend on time of year.
Our summer rate is anywhere from 650-850- depending on availability
On a weekly or monthly basis, although we have set rates, we are willing to negotiate.
There is also a cleaning fee of $150 dollars.
