Beautiful 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom home..completely remodeled this year! With.... all new furnishings, wall coverings, flooring, appliances as well as a re plastered fresh water swimming pool and spa. The home is located on a very quiet “cul de sac” street and within a quarter mile of the Mission Lakes Golf Club. Our property is also only a 20 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. The rear of the property faces a large desert hill, providing the ultimate private setting. Although our location can be considered as “secluded” it is still conveniently close to the main shopping district of Desert Hot Springs.

Swim in your own back yard Pool with Spa or walk to one of the most desirable Golf Clubs in the Palm Springs area...Mission Lakes; here you will have free use of the large heated pool at the Club as well as free tennis; Public Golf as well as The Sand Wedge Cafe and modern large Dining room are available. The rear of the Property which faces the open Desert Hill has no homes directly behind,providing the ultimate private setting. The large Bedrooms boast one California King bed,and two others have Queen beds with the fourth bedroom having a fullsize bed. All beds are brand new! Living room has a new 51 in. flat screen and Master bedroom has a new 42 in. flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a large double sink bath as well as a Jacuzzi Tub. All water is filtered through a Culligan Soft Water System.
The Kool Deck patio is covered with one Pergola as well as a another Roof/Overhang to provide shade. In the evening,enjoy the underwater lighting from the pool,as it creates an almost "mesmorizing affect" on your view!
