The kitchen has a pass thru to the pool area for enjoying a bbq or breakfast on the patio. The pool, patio and lanai is like a huge outdoor living room facing the lake. Features a seperate indoor laundry room with washer and dryer, a 2 car garage with electric door opener and a nice tropical, quiet, setting. Plenty of room to park your boat or RV.
