The master bedroom is very large with an in suite big screen TV along with a private patio with water feature. The master bathroom and closet are generously sized. There are two other bedrooms both with queen size beds. These two rooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. There is a separate powder room for guests.

This home is offered turnkey furnished including two bicycles if you would like to take advatage of the sunny days and comfortable temperatures.

Big screen TVs in the great room, the master suite and both additional bedrooms. There is an abundance of patio furniture that will allow you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors or you dinner in the evening. Perhaps you just want to lay on the chaise lounge and soak up the warm sun.

Golf is close by within 5 minutes on the Rancho Mirage city courses. Within 10 minutes is the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino on the corner of Bob Hope Dr. and Ramon Rd. This is a very nice casino that offers not only the usual array of gamling choices, but dancing, nightlife, special guest entertainment and fine dining.

If you need to walk through Home Depot in the morning and smell the wood and touch the gadgets to make you feel alive then you need only travel about 8 or 9 minutes to the closest location. Right across the street is Costco, Next to Home Depot is a large movie complex offering all of the latest films. There are several places to catch a bite to eat not far away from the theaters.

If you  continue driving south on Bob Hope Dr. you will run into The River, another complex built around the idea of "dinner and a movie". The River offers a large theater complex and several restaurants including PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory, The Yardhouse, Flemings Steakhouse, Acqua Pazza California Bistro.

The desert offers many attracitons and activities for all ages including golf, tennis, various world class tournaments, The La Quinta Art Show, The Palm Springs Film Festival, The Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach, shopping, spas and bicycling. The McCallum Theater in Palm Desert offers many cultural events in the evenings while Saturdays and Sundays it hosts the well attended outdoor swap meet. There is something for everyone here.
