First floor has a large, sunny, open dining/kitchen area. Glass
doors open onto a large back deck and secluded back yard with BBQ
and outdoor shower. First floor also includes 1 bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full tiled bath and a livingroom with fireplace. Staircase off of the living room leads upstairs to a bathroom with shower, a big, sunny, open bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, and a separate sleeping alcove with a double bed.
Wood floors throughout. Wireless internet included. Close to ponds, ocean (National Seashore- Newcomb Hollow, Cahoon's Hollow), town, harbor.

activities and attractions in Wellfleet Cape Cod
1 mi to fresh water pond (Gull Pond)for swimming and sailing. Other
fresh ponds also close by.
2.5 mi to Newcomb Hollow Beach, a beautiful ocean beach within the
National Seashore. Other National Seashore beaches nearby.
1 mi to the town center of Wellfleet for shopping, galleries and
restaurants.
1.5 mi to scenic Wellfleet Harbor. The harbor is beautiful with many
activities- fishing/boating excursions, tennis courts, ice
cream/food. A lovely spot to view the sunset. Also includes a
critically acclaimed theater (Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theater).
Golf course close by as well.
There is a great bike path and nature walks at the Cape Cod National
Seashore, Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary (Mass Audubon).
In addition, Wellfleet has a first run movie cinema and one of the
few remaining Drive-In Theaters in the country - a great summer
tradition. During the day (Wed, Sat, Sun), the Drive-In serves as a
large and popular Flea Market.
