Bay Front Condo across from Anna Maria Island in Bradenton

Our Home away from home can be yours for the winter months.  This Sarasota Bay-front condo has over 1350 sq/ft of living space surrounded by 86 acres of lush tropical landscaping.  It is located in Mt. Vernon Association which is a vibrant 55+ housing communities with almost unlimited activities for owners and guests.  It is located less than 2 miles from the world famous beaches of Longboat Key & Anna Maria Islands. Our 2 bed/2 bath furnished condo was recently remodeled so all you need to bring is your personal items and your youthful attitude.   The Master suite has a King Bed with side chairs and a 32" HDTV.  The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with side chairs and a 20" TV/DVD player.  Also, one of the family room sofas will fold out to a Queen Bed.  We even added a Jacuzzi whirlpool in the Master Bath for your personal enjoyment.  Housing Association rules require a minimum of 3 month rental agreements.

Our condo resides within an active 55+ community.  It contains a full service clubhouse with a ballroom, library, fitness center, hot water therapy room, lakeside veranda, and billiards room.  Outside amenties include a year around heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard area, golf putting/chipping green, a bay-front nature walk, a bay side picnic pavilion with barbeque and much, much more. 

Our 55+ community has numerous clubs which sponsor activities throughout the winter season.  Some include Suffleboard, Tennis, Boating, Kayak, Garden, Bike, Woodworking, and others.  You are welcome to participate in numerous weekly card games to include bridge, pinnocle, euchre, poker and others.

As required by our association, one renter must be at least 55 years old and the minimum rental period is 3 months.  Rental rate for the winter season is $2400 per month for 3 months. $2200 per month for 4 months and any extra months over 4 is $1500 per month.
