Newly renovated, this lovely home situated in a well established, quiet, safe neighborhood, provides the perfect accommodations for a family vacation. Surrounded on two sides by large Live Oak trees covered with Spanish moss, this home has the feeling of Old Florida. Sit in the Florida sunroom and look out onto the canal and watch the herons and limpkins  on the island. This area is known for its wildlife.
The home is well designed with two large bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area. Both rooms have queen beds with space for a rollaway . The master suite has a bathroom and walk in closet. The guest suite can be closed off and includes a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have cable TV's.
There is a large "L "shaped living area which includes a dinnette seating 6, an " office" area with a desk and a comfortable sitting room with sofas, chair and side tables.
The Florida room has a bank of windows that look over the canal, and can be used as a dining area and a TV room with places to sit and read.
The kitchen is centrally placed with a pass through to the Florida room. It is well equipped. There is plenty of shelf space.
The laundry area has a washer and drier and a deep sink. This is adjacent to the two car garage.
Guests will enjoy the ease of access to the shops, golfing, fishing, beaches and entertainment in the area.

General: air conditioning, central heating, linens provided, towels provided, alarm clocks, ceiling fans, Comcast cable TV, hair drier, BBQ grill, 3 TVs, ironing board with iron, washer and drier.
Kitchen: 4 burner electric stove, fullsize oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, blender. This is a fully equipped kitchen.
Dining room: sits 4 to 6                     Florida room table: sits 8-10
Bathrooms: Master suite with shower, sink  and toilet. Guest room with tub, shower, sink and toilet
Garage: Space  for two car with automatic door opener. Work bench present.
Wireless Internet Access is available.

This area has many attractions. Close by is a local county beach park and boat ramp. The area has many fresh and salt water boat ramps for the fisherman or kayaker.  There are MANY golf courses with in a short drive. Gulf beaches are 20 minutes away. There are shopping facilities and restaurants close at hand.  

Charlotte Harbor has some of the best fishing in Florida and there is easy access to deep sea fishing in  the Gulf of Mexico through Boca Grande Pass.

Mid season             May 1st - Oct 31st  $500 per week    $1000 per month 

Winter season        Nov 1st - April 30th  $ 750 per 1 week      $1500 per month

State and local taxes will be added @ 12%

Cleaning fee $120

Deposit of  $500 due with reservation  to hold desired dates, converts to Security Deposit upon arrival. Payment will be due, in full, one month prior to occupation.
