Haven Hideaway - North Shore in South Haven

Reserve the Haven Hideaway condo now, first time on the rental market.   2 Bedrooms & 2 full baths in Refurbished Historic Retreat on North Shore Drive.  Beautiful resort in a park setting. Separate entrance to duplex story and a half building with deck and spacious yard.  Haven Hideaway is located a short walk to First Street beach with Firewood on site. Large Pool within Condominium Property.

Sleeping Arrangements, On Main Level:  BEDROOM: 2 twin beds, LIVING ROOM: Pull out full size futon. UPSTAIRS: 2nd BEDROOM: Queen bed, ALCOVE: Trundle bed (2 twin beds).  All bedding and towels provided.  No smoking and no pets please. 

Ready for your convenience: central air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, 2 TVs with Comcast cable, DVD player, some DVD movies, board games, blow dryer, iron and  ironing board, the patio set seats 6. There is a Large Pool on Condominium Property.  2 supplied beach chairs. 

Deck with charcoal grill. Firewood supplied too! We supply bathroom towels and a few beach towels.  The kitchen is also stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils. Everything from paper products to dish soap is also included.

1/2 mile to the First Street Beach.  Haven Hideaway one and a half miles north of Downtown. Close to town, yet peaceful and serene. The Kal-Haven trail now connects Kalamazoo to downtown South Haven for bikes, hikes or cross-country skiing.  Or just ease back by the pool on the grounds.

For 2012 until end of April 2013: rental at $125/night and 2 night minimum stay, $750 per week - Friday to Friday.

For 2013, May through September: rental at $1500 per week - Friday to Friday, $250/night and 2 night minimum stay. Primary renter must be 25 years of age.  A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

A $150 security deposit is required and will be returned with-in ten days after your departure. This will be garnished if damages and/or additional cleaning are needed beyond the ordinary.

Should a cancellation be necessary, we charge a $50 flat fee. If the cottage can be re-booked for the week, all funds will be returned less the $50 cancellation fee. If the cottage can not be re-booked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit.

A rental agreement will be emailed at time of reservation. Check in time 3:00 pm Friday and check-out time 10:00 am the following Friday.
