Multilevel Southend Townhome, Spacious Living In & Out - in Ocean City

Our townhome was built as a full-time residence and has a large floorplan.  The multilevel design allows the bedrooms to be separated affording greater privacy for all.  The living area is on the top two floors with cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light.  The spacious, recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and contains stairs leading to a bonus seating loft and adjacent porch complete with an ocean peek!

 The master bedroom is located upstairs conveniently near the kitchen and features a new bath with oversize walk-in shower.  The two middle level bedrooms share a family size bathroom with tub and toilet area separate from vanity allowing the space to be used most efficiently.  The fourth bedroom is on the first floor along with a half bath not far from the enclosed outdoor shower which is divided allowing a place to change as well.

Three of the four generously sized bedrooms have private decks, two of them covered and all furnished, and an additional deck off the living room has an area for outdoor dining. The garage stores beach chairs, kayak and sand toys, and there's offstreet parking for two or three vehicles along with plenty of washline.

The beach, and a park with basketball court, hockey and playground equipment are an easy walk from the house.  Three blocks away you'll find subs, pizza, seafood and ice-cream.  Corson's Inlet state park is a mile from the house, a great destination for a bike ride and an evening walk, wildlife photography, fishing, crabbing or just watching the sunset from the bridge.

Those who've stayed in the Southend appreciate the relaxing, less crowded atmosphere while knowing that the excitement and fun of the boardwalk and downtown shopping are only a short drive away.  Our larger than normal home is appreciated during a vacation, and invaluable if one or more days bring rain!  Come be our guests and enjoy the beach at America's Greatest Family Resort!
