The floor plan is simple, making all of the rooms easily accessible.  The first bedroom is just off of the entrance, with two twin beds, a TV, and a connecting bathroom.  Going down the hallway from there opens up to the main area of the condo, with the kitchen the first room on the right, accentuated by an open layout, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and extra seating along the counter in the way of four bar stools.  The dining room is adjacent, with a glass top table and seating for six.  The living room is the last room to the back of the condo.  There’s a large balcony that exits from here and the master bedroom.  The room has a flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a rich color scheme to accent the hardwood flooring throughout the condo.  The room exits to the oceanfront balcony, and also has a flat screen TV and connecting bathroom.  The bathroom has been fully upgraded, with a walk in shower with new tile and a double vanity.

- Complimentary access to Island Adventures, Wild Dunes Resort's family recreation program (some activities are complimentary; Fees are charged for many activities, eco-tours, events and camps, etc)
- One hour of complimentary tennis court time per bedroom per day based on availability starting at noon
