The first floor has a bedroom just off of the entrance.  This room has a queen bed and a connecting bathroom.  The hallway leads from here to the rest of the first floor, with the kitchen the next room off to the left.  The kitchen has granite countertops, modern appliances, and tile flooring.  The dining room is just after the kitchen, with a glass top table and seating for six.  The living room faces toward the ocean, has modern furnishings and decor, with some nice amenities in the room like a flat screen TV with DVD player and access to the screened porch.

The two other bedrooms are on the second floor of the townhome.  The stairs are just off of the entrance.  The bedroom to the left has two twin beds and a connecting bathroom, decorated in crisp white colors to give the room a light airy feel.  The bedroom to the right is the master.  There’s a king bed, flat screen TV, and an open air deck that has some spectacular oceanfront views.  There’s also a connecting bathroom, with marble topped sink, and a jetted tub/shower.
