The layout is pretty straightforward. All the common areas are downstairs along with one bedroom. The other five bedrooms are upstairs. Each floor has an ocean-facing deck or balcony.

Light-blue walls and a stylish blue area rug give a soothing feel to the spacious living room, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV and connecting deck. The dining table and eat-in kitchen provide enough seating for everyone. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, a wine cooler and stainless-steel appliances. A bedroom with a queen bed completes the first floor.

Up the staircase you’ll find the next two bedrooms, including a huge master suite with a king bed, TV with a DVD player, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The accompanying balcony has chairs. The other room has a queen bed and connecting bathroom.

The third floor contains the other master suite and the final two bedrooms. The master has a king bed, TV with a DVD player and, of course, the oceanfront balcony where the views are breathtaking. One of the other rooms has twin beds, while the other has bunk beds.
