Location, location, location!  Lilly’s Pad is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach in the Beacons Condominiums.  The Beacons is a quaint 10-unit/2 building beachfront development.  Our building is located on the backside of the complex with only a slight ocean view from our balcony.  You can enjoy the smell of the ocean, hear the crash of the waves, and listen to warm breezes blow through the many palm trees that line our property. 

Guests enjoy a private boardwalk and shower area.  Our beaches are never overcrowded.  Get to the beach on your own time knowing that a perfect spot right at the water's edge will always be waiting. 

For those who love exploring, you'll especially enjoy hiking, biking, and fishing in the area.  At your request, we can provide a list of the best fishing charters, bike/kayak rentals, hiking/walking/running trails right there in Seagrove Beach.  Right out our door is the Scenic 30-A bike path that runs for almost 10 miles in each direction. 

Seaside and Watercolor are a short walk from our door.  Take advantage of the free concerts and plays in the Seaside Amphitheater and enjoy the many wonderful shops, restaurants, and scenery  in all the quaint towns and developments along 30-A. There are so many wonderful things to do without ever getting back in your car.

You absolutely won't find a better priced two bedroom condo on the beachside of 30-A that is THIS close to Seaside.  We have WIFI and MP3 hook-ups. There is a television in every room and lots of ways to get comfortable and relax.
