vacation rental rates
Cleaning deposit $100, Security deposit $250, up to one months rent is due when making reservations. A 10% hotel tex is due on less than 30 day stay.
Security deposit will be refunded, less damages if any, within 14 days of inspection of the unit.
If fees are not recieved within 72 hours reservation will not be held.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Security Deposit will only be refunded if cancellation is recieved prior to 60 days of occupancyy date.
