The 3rd floor living room is spacious, bright & sunny with 180' total ocean views from everywhere! You have bamboo hardwood floors and a new stone fireplace. It is comfortably furnished, has a flatscreen TV, beautiful fireplace and gorgeous views. Easily sleeps 1 or 2.
The balcony/deck is awesome with a BBQ, teakwood table & chairs and panoramic views of the pacific, from Palos Verdes to Malibu!
The adjoining 3rd floor chef's kitchen is open and inviting. It features all viking applicances, new white cabinets, granite counters and stylish barstools. Total ocean views!
the master bedroom on the 2nd level has a king bed, private ocean view deck, mirroed wardrobe doors, flat screen TV and travertine-tiled bath.
The guest bedroom on the 2nd level has a queen bed, flat screen tv, mirrored wardrobe doors and bamboo hardwood floors. There is a modern full bath in the hallway.
