Beautiful and sandy Moody Beach.
Living room, dining room, kitchen, bath and two bedrooms on first floor. First bedroom has one queen size bed and other bedroom has a full size bed. There are two twin beds on the lofted second floor bedroom. $1700 plus 5% tax for prime summer weeks

house rental amenities
Two color TV's with cable, DVD player, VCR, gas grill and all needed small appliances in kitchen including a microwave. All you need are linens, bedding and beach chairs. There is a picnic table in the yard. House is in excellent condition, all rooms carpeted with tile in the kitchen and dining room.

Two minute walk to public way #3 on beautiful and sandy Moody Beach. Short walk to public way #2 if that is your choice. House is on North Tibbetts Road which is off of Furbish Road, one block back and running parallel with Ocean Ave. Nice location.
vacation rental rates
Rentals run from Saturday at noon to the following Saturday at 10 am.
Prior to June 29, 2013 - $1200 per week
June 29 - August 31, 2013 $1700 per week
August 31, 2013 - September 14, 2013 - $900 per week
