To tidy up your home and to keep it neat and clean, you will have at your disposal the services of a household cleaning staff that is available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

- SPA & FITNESS CENTER

• November - April Rates:
• $275/night, $1,250/1 week, $2,200/2 weeks, $2,900/3 weeks, $3,300/1 month
• Security deposit of $350 required and 50% of the total rent to be paid at booking
• with the remaining 50% due 3 weeks prior to stay. 2 night minimum stay.
• Move out cleaning paid by the owner. If you would like the condo
• cleaned during your stay,it is $15 per cleaning and can be arranged at check-in.
