“Las Ventanas at Red Snapper” is a 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom upstairs luxury unit located about ¾ of a block from the serene and gorgeous sandy beaches of the Gulf. The duplex is tastefully decorated with modern interiors and boasts a large porch area equipped with an dining table and bench. All the amenities you would expect from your home away from home are offered, including a stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, complete with utensils & cookware, free Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Need a little entertainment? In our spacious living area you can sit back and enjoy satellite TV and DVD player .
Take a dip in the large swimming pool located in the enclosed backyard that is shared by only downstairs unit.
                           
                               
After a day of fun in the sun, the unit comfortably sleeps 8 adults. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a large closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a dedicated closet space. The third bedroom is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom and has twin bunk beds perfect little ones.  The 3rd bedroom also has a closet space. Additionally the sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed.

There are several restaurants within walking distance including Boomerang Billy's Beach Bar and Grill and Amberjacks.

For your convenience, the Blue Marlin grocery store is just around the corner and is well stocked for your grocery and any other provisional needs. Getting around is easy with “The Wave”, SPI’s free shuttle service.
We kindly request no pets, no college spring breakers, and absolutely no smoking in the condo.

Our home is located minutes from the beach!  It is a perfect getaway for families or anyone that is looking to take advantage of South Padre’s tropical climate and tranquil atmosphere.  South Padre Island offers several restaurants, bars, and shops.  Some of the more popular attractions include deep sea & bay fishing, diving, dolphin watches, jet skiing and parasailing.  Also, you won’t want to miss out on the water park located right on the island!

March 3/8/2013-3/17/2013 - $225 per night - $1575 per week 4-5 night min.

$78 is all that is needed to confirm your reservation. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival; 60 days prior to arrival for rentals 30 days or longer. We accept credit/debit cards/eCheck.

A $150 refundable security deposit is required. Property Damage Protection (PDP) insurance is available upon request in lieu of the refundable security deposit. ($49)
