A cleaning fee of $110 is applicable to all rentals.
A 9% resort tax is also payable when your stay is less than 28 days.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder payable 60 days prior to your arrival. a security deposit of $300 is payable at this time as well. This deposit will be refunded following inspection & within 7 days of your departure.
A surcharge may apply to bookings during major events such as the Coachella Festival, Bob Hope Classic & BNP Tennis Open.
