Vacation Rental Description

This home sits right on the Gulf and the newly replaced windows
provide a crystal clear and unobstructed view of the ocean. Every
room enjoys a clear view of the ocean.

Located at the end of Antiqua Drive, facing west on the Gulf of
Mexico, you have a front row seat for enjoying the dolphins playing 
in the surf in the morning and spectacular sunsets at the end of the 
day.

The water's edge is so close you can sit on your deck relaxing while
watching your kids playing in the sand. 

Situated on the top floor of a quadraplex, this condo has a dining
room and two large open living areas with a fireplace,  two
large sofas, 2 comfy recliners, color cable tv and dvd player. 
Vaulted ceilings and high level windows make this area light and 
airy. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full laundry room 
for your convenience.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed, color 
cable tv and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, 
color cable tv with a full bath across the hall.

This unit sleeps 8 comfortably (1 King, 2 twins, 2 large sleeper
sofas). If you need more room, we will happily put you in  touch with
the owners of the condo which adjoins ours to discuss renting both
units for a total of 5 bedrooms and two kitchens :]

Cape San Blas has been voted #1 beach in all of America featuring
white sand beaches, dolphins playing daily in the ocean, loggerhead
turtles and awesome St. Joesph's State Park. 

This is definitely Old Florida: no crowds, just beautiful sand, clear
water, an uncrowded beach and complete relaxation.

shower. The perfect choice for your next vacation! 

Need more space? We'll be happy to put you in touch with the owner of
the adjoining condo on the top floor of the quadraplex so that you 
can inquire about renting both units.  Combined, both units give you
access to the entire top floor of the builing including 5 bedrooms, 4
baths and 2 full kitchens. 

No Smoking.  No Pets.

WAKULLA SPRINGS STATE PARK

One of the world's largest and deepest fresh water springs highlights
the 2,860-acre Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park. The bowl of 
the spring covers approximately three acres. The water temperature 
remains a relatively constant 70 degrees year-round. Boat tours are 
available.

The glassbottom boat, operating when the water is clear, allows
visitors to view the deep spring and clearly see the mouth of the
cavern 100 feet below. An abundance of fish and a few fossilized
mastodon bones can be seen in the spring depths.
