Vacation Rental Rates

	Rates(minimum period): 
	$1,250/week (7 nights)up to 6 guests  	 
                   
	Upfront Payments: 
 
	Refundable $350 damage deposit, plus 1/3 of total stay  
charges 
      	required to hold reservation (payable via  money order, or  
	certified check – sorry, NO personal checks!) 
 
	Full remaining payment due at check-in time in CASH ONLY. 
 
	Cancellation Policy 
 
	Cancellations down to 20 days prior to initial check-in day – 
  
                       No penalty fee.  
	Cancellation penalties are incremental and based on the  
number 
        of days remaining to initial check-in day: $20 per day.       
If recheduled, any accrued penalty fees will be reaccredited.
