For your next trip to Florida come to Anna Maria Island, enjoy the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and make yourself at home in our condo.  There are 2 bedrooms (Master bedroom with a King size bed and second bedroom with 2 XL twin beds) each with flat screen TV, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with Cable TV and DVD (and a selection of DVDs), large dining area, lanai with chairs. Free internet and phone calls to cell and landlines in US and Canada.  The pool at Runaway Bay is the largest pool on the island and is complete with loungers and umbrellas.

There are many beautiful golf courses nearby and a set of golf clubs is available in to condo for you to use.

Anna Maria Island is far removed from the over commercialised area of Florida and has a relaxed atmosphere; the Island and Islanders are extremely warm and welcoming.  An unforgettable holiday.

The gorgeous sandy Gulf of Mexico beach is across the road with Runaway Bay's own private access. Runaway Bay complex has a tennis court, exercise room, shuffleboard, picnic tables and a fishing pier into the Bay of Sarasota. 

Anna Maria is less than 60 miles from Tampa International Airport and less than 15 miles from Sarasota Airport.

On Runaway Bay complex you can swim in the pool, which is the largest on the island, and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, picnic, fish, play tennis, shuffleboard and boules.  The free trolley bus stop is immediately outside the complex entrance.

On Anna Maria you can swim at all of the beaches, take the free Trolley Bus (stop outside the complex) that runs the length of the island, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, hire bicycles / motorized scooters or Segway tours, play golf, or mini golf and explore many of the restaurants.

Off the Island you can play golf, shop, go to the theatre, cinema, museum, aquarium, Myakka nature reserve, shooting range, fishing, jet ski, boating.

Additional fees: $25 registration fee, $70 departure cleaning fee, plus local Florida Taxes.
