Vacation Rental Description

You be the judge. The new solid maple cabinetry is custom made by
Decora. The new, tiled bathroom has the same Hansgrohe wallbar shower
found in many 4-star hotels. The tub is slip resistant and has a grab
rail for your safety. (Renovated June '06.) Importantly, this is one
of the few units with a/c in both the living area and bedroom. 

Directly across Kihei Road from Maui Vista Resort languishes wide,
white sand, Kamaole Beach I -- a great beach for swimming, snorkeling,
and sunning. Or an evening stroll! My one bedroom condo #3104 is in
the "quiet building," furthest back on the property, away from any
road noise. In the photo above, my ground floor unit is third from the
right almost directly above the life preserver. You'll be pleased that
the unit is smoke free.

The artist/owner has tastefully furnished his one bedroom 
garden getaway. It is carpeted throughout, and has a ceramic 
tiled kitchen, bath, and large lanai (patio) which has a glass top 
table and four deck chairs. (Great for relaxed meals "al fresco.") 
The stacked washer/dryer is closeted neatly away. The kitchen is 
complete with full size appliances, including a refrigerator, 
dishwasher, stove w/oven, microwave - plus all the cookery and 
dishes you'll ever want. (Leave your iron at home.) Ample linens 
and towels are provided. Nearby the entryway is an informal 
barbecue area, which is scrupulously cleaned each morning.
 
The queen-size bed has a new, firm mattress. (Leave your backache
here!) The living room sofa opens into a queen-size bed for extra
guests. In addition, the mesmerizing overhead fans spread the cool air
evenly

courts (two per building) are just footsteps away. And for golfers, 
the three world class courses at Wailea and two at Makena are 
just minutes away.

Shopping abounds nearby and includes the excitingly new 
Wailea Shopping Village.

Dining out? The quality and abundance of choices cannot be
exaggerated. What? You've never heard of Pacific Rim Cuisine? 
Oh well, there's always Thai.

be allowed for 21+ night bookings • Less than seven night bookings
