guest.  This luxurious home, with its panoramic views of the Gulf of  
Mexico and the Boca Ciega Bay is a highly sought-after and plush  
rental property.  Ultra-clean and modern, this beautiful condominium  
was renovated just a few months ago with contemporary beach decor.   
 
If you are looking for luxury, enjoy an exclusive and comfortable  
home, this condo is for you.  We maintain our home with the utmost  
of care for guests who want much more than just a place to sleep  
while on vacation.  Our guests want the very best place in Ocean  
Sands to enjoy their hard-earned vacation and it shows in our  
detailing and furnishings. 
 
Large sliding glass doors lead to a huge(10'x30') open balcony from  
both the Living area and the Master Bedroom, which both directly  
overlook the Gulf of Mexico.  Plush new bedding, luxurious linens,  
and all the extras that make a rental home seem warm and inviting  
are all included in this vacation paradise.  Of course, wireless high speed 
internet is available at this luxury condominium. 
 
The Master Bedroom accommodates a large, comfy pillow-top King Bed,  
while the spacious Guest Bedroom holds a Queen Bed as well as a Twin  
bed.  A pull-out sofa in the Living area also provides room for  
extended family, as well. Little beach-lovers are also welcome at  
this luxury condominium as a full-size crib, linens, high chair,  
monitor, and toys are also available for use by our guests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ocean Sands complex boasts unbeatable amenities including a very  
large, heated pool and jacuzzi, expansive sundeck, gazebos, BBQ  
grills, building security, shuffleboard and more.  The complex is  
also a short walk to over a dozen great restaurants, wonderful  
shopping, and varied recreation.

Activities and Attractions

Water activities abound at Ocean Sands with direct access to the  
Gulf  
of Mexico just steps from your door.  In addition to the large pool  
for sunning and swimming, sailboats and beach bikes are available  
for  
rent next door.  Fishing excursions as well as a number of special  
boating excursions and parasailing are only a short drive away at  
John's Pass.  Fine public golf courses are also within a close  
distance as are many other activities.  Lighted tennis courts are  
available for use and are a very short walk from your door.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates and Availability:  
Ocean Sands requires a 2 week minimum rental.  There are no  
exceptions to this rule. 
 
Rates for 2008/2009:  
 
8/16/08-12/20/08-$1,500 for 2 weeks (Sorry, 8/17-8/31, 10/4-10/17 and 11/3- 
11/20 are booked) 
12/21/08-1/30/09-$1,750 for 2 weeks (Sorry, 1/3-1/31 booked) 
1/31-4/24/09-$2,600 for 2 weeks (Sorry, 1/31-4/11 booked) 
4/25/09-5/8/09-$1,900 for 2 weeks (Sorry, 4/25-5/8 booked) 
5/8/09-5/23/09-$1,600 for 2 weeks  
5/23/09-8/14/09-$1,950 for 2 weeks 
 
 
Taxes and fees are in addition to these rates. All rates are in US  
Dollars. Discounts apply to stays of 4 weeks or longer--please call  
about monthly rentals. 
 
This condo prohibits smoking.  Pets are never permitted.  We  
appreciate your understanding.
