Our newly renovated and beautifully decorated condo has it all! Whether it’s the beach, the swimming pool, the golf course, or shopping you want this is the place for you. This condo is on the south beach side of the Sandestin resort, and is a short walk to the sandy white beach. Enjoy the Olympic size swimming pool almost directly across the street. This beautiful condo sits directly on Sandestin's championship 18-hole Baytowne Golf Course.

The villa features hardwood flooring and soaring ceilings.  The family room has plenty of comfortable seating including a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you could possibly need to prepare a delicious feast. A few steps onto the outside screened porch will lead you to a beautiful view of the Baytowne Golf Course, and outdoor dining.

The spacious master bedroom suite features a king bed, a television area, and access to the outside lanai. The private bath is complete with an oversized brand new tiled shower and a jetted bathtub.

A second guest bedroom suite offers a King size bed, and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom suite features a king size bed, and a full bathroom. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with its own television. The upstairs loft gives you a fourth bedroom or children’s den area with two twin beds and a television. The separate laundry room features a new washer and dryer.
