Seconds From The Beach in Anna Maria Island

Come and stay at our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom first floor condo. 
Just a minute from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria
Island, no roads to cross to reach the beach.

The complex consists of 2 buildings, each comprising of 4 units. Our
unit includes 2 covered porches with a partial view to the Gulf. A
large living and dining area provide spacious accommodation. The
kitchen has recently been replaced with new equipment and units. A
washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available
in the laundry area, which is sited on the rear lanai.

A private heated swimming pool separates the two buildings and there
is also a private roof deck, with stunning views of the Gulf
especially at sunset.

Covered parking is available for 2 cars.

In addition to the swimming pool and roof deck, there is also an
outdoor barbeque area with seating.

1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds. 3 cable televisions (1 flat screen), DVD, cd
player, telephone(long distance/international calls payable from
security deposit), washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing
board, fully equipped kitchen, bath and hand towels, linen and final
cleaning arranged.

Beach chairs/beach and pool toys are also available in our ground
floor store cupboard.

Enjoy the charm of Anna Maria Island, white beaches, the warm waters
of the Gulf of Mexico, no high rise buildings, just a simple and
gentle way of life. Fishing, boating, parasailing to name a few are
all available locally. There are numerous golf courses, within easy
reach, on the mainland.

Our unit is centrally located in Holmes Beach. The island can be
explored on the free trolley bus that runs the length of the island.

Tampa and Busch Gardens are an hour away, the Orlando theme parks
some 1.75 hours.

Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20 minute drive, Tampa International airport is just under an hour away. Orlando International airport is a two hour drive.

The local shopping parade includes a Publix store and is just a 5
minute walk from the condo.

There are plenty of restaurants on both the island and the mainland.

Rental Rates - 2011/2012

May 1st 2011 - December 16th 2011 US $850 per week.
December 17th 2011 - 30th April 2012 US $1350 per week.
1st May 2012 - 15th December 2012 US $850 per week.

Minimum stay 3 nights (out of season) - please e-mail for rentals of less than one week.

Discounts available for stays of four weeks or more.

Rates EXCLUDE final cleaning and 11.5% Florida Tax.

No pets or smoking permitted in the unit.

A refundable security/damage deposit of US$200 is payable.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your
reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your stay. Arrival
instructions will be sent once the balance has been paid.

The condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people.  Over crowding of the condo, in excess of the maximum occupancy, will result in the forfeiture of the entire security/damage deposit.
