Lovely oceanfront cottage with new renovations! New and expanded oceanfront deck (almost complete!), enclosed outdoor shower, new bathroom, & more! All living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms are on one level. As soon as you enter the front sunroom, you will know you are on vacation! The master bedroom and the bedroom with 2 twin beds are located off the sunroom. The other 2 Queen bedrooms are located off the living area. The living room will soon have new floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the ocean views! The kitchen is fully equipped, large dining table and breakfast bar. The comfortable living area has a large TV, the front sunroom has a TV and 3 of the bedrooms have TVs. Wireless Internet if provided.
This home is located only a short distance from downtown Surf City in the middle of Topsail Island near shops, restaurants, fishing pier, playground parks, etc. Ahh - Serenity!
