Oceanfront home with large deck that is partially covered with built-in benches and chairs for the whole family to gather and enjoy the warm sea breezes! On the ground floor there is family room with a kitchenette area and three bedrooms. One of the larger bedrooms on this level has a queen bed, crib and access to a half bath. There is a shower bath on this level for the other two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. On the top level, there is a large living/dining area with a wonderful family sized dining table. Also on this level are the 3 other bedrooms - one with a double bed and 2 with queen beds. One of the baths on this level has a large soaking tub, the other has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped for the cooks in the family. This home is located only a short distance from downtown Topsail Beach with shops, dining, fishing pier, putt-putt golf, etc. PETS ALLOWED w/$150 fee for first pet. Ask about fee for multiple pets.
