Clean home in quiet neighborhood minutes to Tarpon Springs in Holiday

This is a very cute and comfortable home. Perfect for a couple or a small family. It is a spacious 2 bedroom one bath home in a quiet community that is conveniently located. You are just minutes from the Greek town of Tarpon Springs with it's many restaurants and shops.

The home is approximately 1300 square feet, and is very clean. It has a one car garage and washer and dryier. It has recently been furnished. There is a nice kitchen with range, oven, refregerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker etc. Everything you might need.

The bedrooms are comfortable with good size closets. The beds are queen size. There is a large family room that is very sunny and where I have the dinning table. The livingroom area is comfortable and there is a 40" TV (not show in the pictures, as it is new and I haven't had a chance to put it up yet - but it will be on top of the TV stand!). There is also a TV in the master bedroom.

The home is close to US 19 with lots of shops and supermarkets in the area. Also, easy access to the near by beaches. Howard Park, in Tarpon Springs is the nearest beach - about 15 minutes away. Clearwater beach is about a 25 - 30 min. drive.

The home has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, furniture, TV in living room and TV in master bath, cable, internet. Air conditioning, heating with all utilities included. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, linens, bath towels. Does not include telephone service. It is available for monthly rentals at an additional charge (the actual cost of the service)

There are tons of attractions in the area and close by.

Minutes to famous Tarpon Springs sponge docks with lots of great shops, good Greek food, an aquairium, deap sea fishing tours, jet ski rentals and glass bottom boat ride! There are often special events going on in the sponge town - festivals, art shows, Greek night - dancing in the stree (1st Saturday of the month).

You are close to some of the best shopping, malls, grocery stores, movie theaters and tons of restaurants. Gambling cruises, bingo, fishing tours, water sports all very close by. Howard Park and Beach - great park for picnics with a very nice beach just minutes away in Tarpon Springs. This is a great place for the kids and adults alike. Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island in Dunedin with their famous beaches is a great place for swimming and shelling.

30-40 minutes to Bush Gardens, Ybor City, Lego Land, Adventure Island (water park) all in Tampa, Florida. 25-30 minutes to Clearwater with it's beautiful beaches and Sunset on the Beach Festivals they have throughout the year. About 45 minutes from St. Pete and Treasure Island. Tampa Bay Aquarium and Science Center. John's Pass, Treasure Island. Weeki Wachee to the North where you can see the mermaids swimming and there is a nice water park there also.

90 minutes to Sarasota and surrounding areas. 90 minutes to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Outlet malls and all that Orlando has to offer.

September -April rates are $600 per week and $1500 per month.

May - August  rates are $500 per week and $1300 per month.

Rent includes electric, water, garbage pick up, yard maintenance and internet and cable.

$300 refundable damage deposit.

$100 cleaning fee - not refundable.

50% due at the time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
