Sterling Sands Resort Beachfront Condo - Pool, Hot Tub, Wifi in Destin

This 7th floor Beachfront condo at Sterling Sands has a beautiful gulf view from inside the unit and out on the balcony. Mirrors line one wall of the whole living and dining areas making the condo feel extra spacious.  There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunkbed for two in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.  The unit can sleep up to six.  This property has free wireless high-speed Internet access if you bring a laptop computer. An apartment size stacked washer and dryer are also in the unit.  Enjoy the beachside pool which is heated certain times of the year or relax in the hot tub.  If you like to grill, there is also an area for grilling on the beach side of the condo.  For those that do not want to miss their exercise routine, there is a fitness room for guest use as well.  

The following is a little bit about nearby restaurants and attractions.  The Track Family Recreation Center is less than a quarter mile east of the condo.  Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park is only about 1/2 mile west of the condo,   As far as restaurants, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, Twisted Palm Grill and Bar, Merlin's Pizza, and a Subway are all between just under a 1/4 mile to about 1 mile east of the condo, and other restaurants such as The Lighthouse Restaurant, Harbor Docks, AJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar, and Harry T's are all between about 1 and 3 miles to the west of the condo.  These are to just name a few.  There are other restaurants and shopping both east and west of the condo.  Enjoy breakfast while sitting on the harborside deck at Harbor Docks, or enjoy lunch at Harry T's situated at the west end of the harbor where boats go in and out from and to the Gulf of Mexico.  The view is breathtaking of the emerald green water and sugar-fine, white sand, but you will also be entertained by watching all the different kind of water vessels going to and fro.  This is just one restaurant in what is called "Harborwalk Village" - a place where there is shopping, restaurants, fishing charters, and more.

* A cleaning fee, processing fee, and Florida state and local taxes are extra.  

* If in other seasons besides summer you only want to stay 3 nights, an arrival day other than Friday is preferred.  A Friday arrival day in winter is fine.

Four-night minimum stays are usually required over the following holidays - Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.   

* Shorter stays will be considered closer to an arrival date if the property has not booked.    

We accept MasterCard or Visa.  Otherwise, U.S. checks will be accepted if received within 7 days from the time you make the reservation.  However, personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of an arrival.
