This big beautiful beach house is perfect for families or a get away with your friends!  The large backyard is landscaped  giving it a very secluded feeling while relaxing by the pool or dining al fresco. The location is great because you can walk three blocks to the beach or two blocks into town where you will find several restaurants, bars, boutiques, a market, liquor store, 5&10, pizza, ice cream and mini golf! Once you arrive you won't have to drive anywhere!
      
This 8,800 sq.ft. home contains 8 roomy bedrooms 7 1/2 baths and an outside shower. All of the bathrooms are tiled w/ decorative tile.

The 3rd floor consists of the Master Suite with a king-sized bed, private sitting area w/ a 37'' flat TV,  office & large all tile bathroom featuring a two-person tiled shower, his & hers vanities, a large jacuzzi tub plus a small private deck.

The second floor consists of 6 bedrooms. The 1st w/ a king bed w/ a private bathroom featuring a  tiled shower and a small deck. The 2nd w/ a queen bed w/ private bathroom w/ a tiled shower and sliding glass door leading to the large back deck. The 3rd w/ a queen bed w/ 43' flat TV w/ a hall bathroom w/ a tiled shower, walk-in closet and sliding door onto the large back deck. The 4th & 5th bedrooms each w/ queen beds w/ 43'' & 40' flat TVs that share a bathroom with two sinks, a tiled shower and private toilet. The 6th bedroom w/ 2 sets of bunk beds w/ a 48'' flat TV w/ a private bathroom w/ a tub/shower . We call it the kids room. There is a Laundry Room w/ a front-load washer/dryer and ample space for folding clothes.

The 1st floor consists of a bedroom, w/ a king bed w/ 31'' flat TV w/ private bathroom w/ tiled shower.

The 1st floor gourmet Kitchen has a large  Sub-zero refrigerator/ freezer, 6 burner Wolf range with 2 ovens, 2 quiet Miele dishwashers, 2 sinks, plenty of cabinet & granite-top counter space, a walk-in Pantry and a granite-top Island w/ sink & 5 seats. Additional seating is provided in the Breakfast Nook w/ built-in seating & chairs for 6-8 people. There are ample kitchen appliances & supplies including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishware & glassware.

The Dining Room is located next to the Kitchen with sliding doors leading to the Rear Deck. The Dining Room table seats 6 and expands to 10 and has large and comfortable upholstered chairs.

The Living Room has a 42'' flat-screen TV & 2 large and comfortable sofas & a large love-seat.

Also on the 1st floor is a Powder Room, an additional Laundry Room w/ washer/dryer, utility sink, wine refrigerator, ice maker & 2nd large refrigerator/freezer.

The 1st & 2nd floor Decks each extend the entire width of the home with exterior spiral stairs connecting the 2nd & 1st floors.

There is ample interior & exterior lighting, all the flooring is tiled, bamboo or cork and the ceiling heights create an open airy feeling.

The 2nd floor deck is partially covered by an awning. The 1st floor deck is covered and also includes Retractable Awnings and has a round table w/ 6 chairs and another sitting area for eating and/or relaxing and has the gas grill.

Since the house is located on the South side of the street, the afternoon sun will be you warm all the way to sunset!!

There is off-street parking for 3 vehicles and on-street parking on 19th Street.

Linens and towels are provided as well as beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
