view of converging waterways.  3 Large Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, Large  
Swimming Pool, Nicely furnished in Florida Decor. Equipped with all  
the amenities to make it a pleasant stay.  5- 7 minute drive to the  
nearby beaches.  Beach Parking is $5.00/day

Master has a King Size Bed with Seating Area.  Television included. 
Guest Bedroom #1:  Queen Bed 
Guest Bedroom #2:  Twin Beds 
Living Room is Spacious with a Sofa, Love Seat & Chair - Television  
& VCR included. 
Additional sitting overlooking the beautiful water views. 
Kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking utensils and serving  
dishes you will need. 
Plenty of Dinnerware & Glassware - Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster,  
Gas B-B-Q Gril 
FREE Internet Connection 
FREE Domestic Long Distance Calls (Long Distance out of the Domestic

Activities and Attractions

Marco Island is a very special Place.  Our island is only approx.  
4 x 5.5 miles.  There are lots of fun things to do. Whether you want  
to spend a relaxing vacation or you are the adventurous type, there  
is something for everyone.  You may want to rent a boat and go back  
water fishing or exploring through our beautiful waterways; rent a  
bike; take a Trolley tour of the island; Get on the Marco Island  
Princess for a Sunset Boat Tour; Go Catch the Latest Flick at our  
Quaint Movie Theater; Go to The Snook Inn for casual waterfront  
dining; Or Dine in style at one of our many fine restaurants.  There  
is plenty of good shopping and of course, our crescent shaped  
beaches are full of sugar white sand, definitely one of the best and  
cleaner beaches you'll every see.  Come on down!  You'll be glad you  
did!! 
NOTE:  Driving distance to Marco's public beaches is anywhere from 5  
to 7 minutes.   
*  Beautiful South Beach has just been renourished; there is a  
restaurant next to entrance.  Public Parking across street is $5.00 
*  Tigertail Beach is more for the nature lover; you will see lots  
of native bird species in their own protected habitat.  Public  
Parking is $5.00

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1st. through Mid November $900 To $1100 Per Week. 
Thanksgiving Week through April 30th $1500-1700 Per Week. 
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 
Check-in time is:  3:00 P.M. 
Check-out time is: 10:00 A.M. 
Minimum rental:  7-days 
Maximum # of guests:  6 (including children) 
Security/cleaning Deposit $500.00 
Additional $50.00 per week for pool heating 
No Pets - No Smoking please
