It was our first time vacation rental and we had wonderful experience staying in this apartment! The area was safe, accurate photos and descriptions. The apartment was clean and well maintained, comfortable enough to stay for 4 people. It provided all the amenities we would need, and the view from the balcony. Nice master bedroom with comfortable king size bed. The building is right on a beach which was perfect and has big swimming pool, fitness center and plenty of tents around to get protection from sun if needed.. The owner provided great service, responded quickly and clearly, it was a pleasure renting from him. Thank you, Oleg!! I will definitely be returning :-)

The property is excellent! It is located in an excellent location close to everything and 20 minutes from South Beach, airports and Fort Lauderdale. It's exclusive location on the beach and with view and access to the Intracoastal makes it an excellent selection. If you like to see the sunrise while you run on the beach or even in the oceanfront gym, this is the property for you. The unit has it all and the only thing you've got to bring is your own stuff. The owners/managers of this property were great and they keep the unit in an excellent way: clean and beautiful to fully enjoy your stay. We strongly recommend to rent it in your next stay in Miami and we would do that for sure next time.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
