are all within walking distance. The beach accesses and Marriot
Oceanfront Resort are only 3-5 minutes drive away.
Our home is professionally furnished and decorated with brand new
furniture and accessories. No need to bring linens or go to the
laundromat. We have everything you will need just like home. There
is even a restaurant across the street!! This home has a living
room, a formal dining room, full gourmet kitchen, well-appointed
breakfast area, a cozy family room, three lovely bedrooms, and two
full baths. We even have HIGH SPEED INTERNET for your business use.
As soon as you arrive at the home, you will be welcomed with palm
trees, rows of bushes, tropical plants, and a nice walkway to the
front door. Upon entrance, the open foyer with vaulted ceiling
invites you to rest on the new plush leather sofa, then to peer at
the swimming pool overlooking the water view of the canal.
Ah!!! Your rested legs will encourage you to walk through the triple
glass sliding door into the lanai where the large heated swimming
pool, a vast open water view and a beautiful blue sky await you. You
will feel away from it all! In two steps, you are by the pool with
your family and friends. The pool is heated during the winter for
your comfort. No elevators to hassle with, complete privacy, and no
crowds at the pool!
Better yet, you can sit by the boat dock and enjoy the long and wide
water view, or drop a line for a fish or two! Perhaps a boat ride to
