Rates are based on seasonal rentals for a 1 bedroom condo. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Every Short Term Rental has a cleaning charge of $ 120. The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out. Tenant must make a Reservation/Security Deposit of $500 and the total amount due must be paid in full prior to check-in. Reservation deposit can be made by Wire Transfer, Cashier Check or Money Order. Balance must be paid in cash, money order or Cashier Check before check-in.
