quiet retreat in one of the greatest small beach towns in the world.

and dining area has
fireplace; compact fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs
bedroon has queen bed.
Downstairs bedroom has queen bed, private bath, sitting area with TV
and the fouton sleeps

We are near the center of Manzanita beach which is 300 yards wide
and 7 miles long! We are
2 hours from Portland, 15 miles south of Cannon Beach and 30 miles
north of Tillamook with
its cheese factory, air museum, and antique train rides. A quiet
rest at the beach, or all the
activities you could desire.

$200/night summer, May 1-Sept 30th, or $1200/week;
$190/night winter rates, October 1-April 30th,or $1140/week
2-night minimum with 3-night minimum on holiday weekends
$75 cleaning fee (not refundable) and 8% city + state tax
$300 security deposit without pets; $500 security deposit with pets
One night's rent and security deposit due within 10 days of booking;
full payment due 30
days before date of arrival. Cancellations made 30 days prior to
arrival subject to $25
processing fee; Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival date
will be charged one
night's rental.
