Vacation Rental Description

A first tier house built out of Cyprus wood inside and out in a 
gated community with a private heated screened in swimming pool.
The house features a large sun deck facing the gulf with all bedrooms 
opening up onto wrap around deck.
It is a short walk to the beach and is located on the Island's bike 
path.  It is about 100 - 150 feet to the boardwalk.
Sleeps 14 featuring all four bedrooms having queen 
beds with private baths.  Bed's are not waterbeds. Three sleeper 
sofas in the great room. 
Three bedrooms have TV's with VCR's one 
bedroom has TV only.
The great room has a 55" HD integrated projection television with a 
Boss DVD/CD CD-RW, MP3 surround sound system. Playstation 2. Just
bring  the games. The great room has three 
queen sleeper sofas and four chairs with two foot rests to 
relax in.
Tile throughout.
A modem is available for high speed internet access for a fee.
Modern kitchen with granite counter tops has refrigerator, flat top 
stove, microwave and new dishwasher. 
Floor ice-maker for quantity ice.
Washer & dryer on bedroom level.
Heated screened in pool is for guests who rent our home only.
House is about 5,000 square feet.  Top floor is about 50 by 50.
