Vacation Rental Description

This is a very nice flat in a recently renovated apartment building on Las Ramblas, the most 
famous promenade of Barcelona, where you are within walking distance from Plaza 
Catalunya, the harbour and the beach. It has two double bedrooms, spacious living room, 
fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with bathtub and shower. It is ideal for two couples 
or families with kids. The apartment is on the top floor (4th) with elevator, of a fully 
renovated 19th century building and is oriented towards the courtyard, facing away from the 
Ramblas, which makes it very quiet at night (it also has double glazing). There is a southwest 
facing balcony-terrace receiving a lot of afternoon sun. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The flat has a complete kitchen with all kinds of appliances, central heating, air conditioning, 
washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, Home Cinema DVD player, wooden floors and 
built-in closets. There is also a small laptop with unlimited broadband Internet access and a 
telephone you can use with a phone card. Public parking is across the Ramblas. Metro and 
bus stop are right outside.

Activities and Attractions

Being in the center of Barcelona it is where you have an endless range of possibilities 
within walking distance: sightseeing, shopping, beach, museums, architecture, fitness-
gym right across the street, opera house next door, movie theatres (IMAX), aquarium, 
restaurants, nightlife, and so on. With a mixture of people from around the world, native 
Catalans and tourists this part of the city seems like it never sleeps. Its just off La Rambla, 
Barcelonas´ most famous street, which is lined with performing street artists, painters, 
buskers and there´s always a lot of activity going on around the different kiosks that sell 
everything from international newspapers to domestic animals. Within this district you will 
find some of Barcelona´s nicest old buildings such as the National Library of Catalunya 
and Palau Güell mixed with more modern architecture such as the Contemporary Art 
Museum – MACBA. There is also a wide range of cuisine, on every corner you will find a 
bar, restaurant, of cafe with terraces where you can sit and have dinner or merely just 
enjoy a drink and watch the world go by.

150 Euros per night. 900 Euros per week. Monthly rates are negotiable.
