Matlacha Cottage 2 in Pine Island

This cute non-smoking cottage is located in the heart of the Matlacha Historic district.  You can walk to restaurants, bars, art galleries, gift shops, bait shops, the post office and a community park with a boat ramp. Or you can just sit and relax on the back deck and watch the fish jumping and the ospreys nesting. It sits on a canal that is minutes to open water. You can enjoy boating, fishing and kayaking from your own back yard.

This cottage has one bedroom with a large closet and a Queen size bed, a bathroom with a large walk in shower, a full kitchen, a dining area, a sitting room with a TV,  DVD player, and a  trundle bed that can sleep 1 or 2 people, a screened front porch, and a large covered deck with a gas grill that overlooks the canal. It also has a washer and a dryer, and wireless internet. Everything you need to make your stay in Matlacha enjoyable.

Matlacha is a quaint little Key West style village. When you arrive in Matlacha you are greeted with a sign that proclaims " Island time begins here "  You feel like you are in another world, yet you are close to major shoping and the many attractions that Southwest Florida has to offer.

May - Nov    $400. a week   $1200. a month
Dec. - April   $500. a week   $1500. a month
May - Nov.    2 or more months  -- $900. per month (Includes utilities)
A $250. Reservation/ Security deposit is required to confirm reservation. Refundable after check out if there is no damage.

50% the rent due 2 months prior to check in.
Remainder of rent plus 11% tourist tax due at check in.

Cleaning fee is included.
