There's a spacious kitchen with beautiful new counters, cabinets, flooring and lake view from the kitchen window.  Living room, dining room, and Master Bedroom all have lake views as well.  New Carpet in both bedrooms.  Open floor plan that is at ground level (so no stairs to hike up and down with grocery bags!)  All cooking utensils and linens are provided. The tiled lanai is screened and  overlooks a pretty lake that allows catch and release fishing. The unit includes full laundry facilities in unit and one stall garage for parking.

Enjoy the beautiful, peaceful, pool complete with a comfortable fitness room and a hot tub to sit in after working out!! Tennis Courts, basketball, or raquetball courts to play on.  Beautiful walking paths by lakes and tropical settings that are winding through the community. It's Parker Lakes for a reason.
