Welcome to our bayside retreat. We offer an experience that is reflective of a traditional beach getaway!  Our unit on Lark Lane is located in downtown Ocean City where renters can easily enjoy biking on the boardwalk, people watching, riding the carnival rides, swimming in the ocean, and eating lots of resort food but far enough away to feel the privacy and serenity of an ideal vacation. Watch as the peaceful bay comes alive each morning as well as comes to a close every evening as the sun sets.  Have fun in the sun at the wonderful beach and boardwalk located just blocks from the unit.

This is a beautiful, 3 BR, 2 Bath,  1,300 square foot rental with sweeping vistas of the Ocean City Skyline and Assawoman Bay. Breezy Point is conveniently located on 28th Street in the town of Ocean City.  You will be minutes away from the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and pubs. Spend a day shopping at the nearby outlets or play a round of golf at one of the local courses. Take a short drive to Assateague Island to see the wild ponies, and spend the rest of the day on the beautiful undeveloped beaches.

On the first floor of Breezy Point, one will enjoy bay views from the sitting room, which is accented with a deck and hammock.  The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and all needed kitchen utensils. The bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 bunk bed, 1 twin bed and a private balcony awaits its tenants. This bedroom shares a updated, full size bathroom. Also, on the first level you will find a full size front loading washer and dryer.

On the second floor, a bedroom is located with a queen size bed, and an elegant full bathroom can be found. Enjoy views off the adjoining deck. One additional bedroom (with a twin over full size bunkbed with twin trundle) is apparent on this floor.  This bedroom has a exclusive balcony with large private deck with picnic table and chairs and shares the full bathroom.

The trip to the beach and boardwalk is very convenient.  Breezy Point is located just
blocks from the beach and boardwalk, as well as a bus station to transport you around town if one does not feel like driving.  The fare is $3.00 for the entire day, and buses run regularly throughout the night 24 hours a day.

From our four decks, renters can see breath-taking sunsets and boats entering and departing the bay. Rentals for aquatics are found in close distance.  In short, Breezy Point is a perfect location for a day at the beach, a night on the town, deep sea fishing excursions, and sampling local fare!
