This makes the Lux Estate Villa a perfect private oasis and hideaway, bringing to you dining and entertainment, the Toyota Center, and the BallPark just a short drive, while giving you complete and total privacy on this 7 Acre Estate.

     Once in, through the private gated entry, an 8,500 Square Foot Mansion awaits, complete with a private pool and Jacuzzi, bird sanctuary, dreamlike wooden bridge over a ravine, and wooded areas perfect for exploring. 

    This estate comfortably holds up to 500 guests outside the main Villa and additional 500 guests further from the main Villa, with no close by neighbors, which makes it the perfect Villa for events, gatherings and weddings. Parking is never a problem with driveways, and expanded additional parking behind the groundskeeper’s quarters (another 3,600 square foot structure), located separate and apart from the main Villa.

    Once inside the mansion, 6- bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, ensuite, a half bath, bedroom size ranging from 700 square feet to 900 square feet each with private bathrooms ensuite, pool front views, comfortably sleep a group of 24 when reserving the entire Villa.
